Ms. Sari obtained Bachelor of Economy degree from LABORA School of Management in 2001, graduated as Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Universitas Krisnadwipayana, Jakarta in 2004. She graduated from Intellectual Property Academy at University of Indonesia, Jakarta and get her license as Registered Intellectual Property consultant in the year 2010. She continued her further education and graduated as Master of Laws (LL.M) from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2011 and joint Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School, Harvard University, Cambridge, USA in 2015.

In 2016 Ms. Sari took Licensing Academy & Technology Transfer program at UC Davis School of Law, California, USA; continued with Summer Program at Warwick University, School of Economy, UK - majoring in International Development. She then obtained her second master degree in law (LL.M) from Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL), Boston - Massachusetts, USA, in the year 2018 with specialty in Intellectual Property and Technology.

In September 2019, Ms. Sari completed her course at WIPO Academy in Intellectual Property Rights in Manila, Philippines for latest IP developments.

Ms. Sari actively participates in various Intellectual Property organisations in Indonesia, as well as internationally. She is a currently a member of Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI) and Association of Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultants (AKHKI).

Since 2014 until now, she has been appointed as the Vice President of AEA, Association of European Lawyers, representing the ASIAN region.

She also appointed as member of Copyright Committee – International Legislation Committee of INTA (International Trademark Association) for Asia Pacific region for 2022 - until present.

Ms. Sari appointed as Committee Member of Copyright Law, Trademark Law & Trademark Treaties & International Law of AIPLA – American Intellectual Property Law Association for 2024-2025.

Obtained Bachelor of Law from YARSI University, Jakarta in 1998 and is experienced in handling various Intellectual Property cases. He actively participates in many Intellectual Property organizations both in Indonesia and international level and is a member of Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI).

Mr. Sudarmadji is a Registered Intellectual Property consultant graduated from University of Indonesia and patent expert at our firm. He graduated as Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) from Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta in 1987 and obtained his degree as Master of Economy majoring in Management from LABORA School of Management, Jakarta in 2001.

He then continued his further education and obtain his doctoral degree (PhD) Majoring in Finance Management from University Sains, Malaysia in the year 2018. In addition, Mr. Sudarmadji is an active lecturer at some universities in Indonesia. At present, he is registered as the member of Association of Indonesian Intellectual Properties Consultants (AKHKI).

Obtained Bachelor of Laws from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta in 2009 Mr. Siahaan continued his further education and obtain his Master of Laws in Economy & Business from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2011. Mr. Siahaan is having and gain practical experiences in corporate legal matters and advising on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations. He has deep knowledge and expertise in corporate and civil law - contracts laws in particular, including licensing and franchising.

Mr. Siahaan actively participates in many Intellectual Property organizations both in Indonesia and international level and is a member of Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI).

Senior Partner since 1999. Obtained Bachelor of Law (LLB) from YARSI University, Jakarta in the year 1998 and continued her further education and obtained her master degree in law (LL.M) from University of Indonesia in the year 2003 with specialty in notary studies. She has been handling various legal matters related intellectual property and actively participates in many Intellectual Property organizations and activities.

AFRILIA PRATIWI

Ms. Pratiwi has been handling and in charges of non litigation aspects of client’s IP rights including clearance search, registration, assignment, renewal and monitoring. She is also actively involved in many Intellectual Property organizations and activities.

ARDIANTI JUWANA

Obtained her Bachelor in Arts (BA) from Institut Pertanian Bogor in the year 2010 majoring in Communication. She has been handling and in charges for non litigation matters in various IP fields including to build relation with various government institutions. She is also actively involved in many Intellectual Property organizations and activities.
